Cancellation Policy

Precious Pompis accepts cancellations. All cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are the fees paid to process your order payment. We can not cancel an order to add or change a discount or promo code after an order is placed. 

Exchange Policy

To be eligible for an exchange your item(s) must be defective or damaged. Please contact us at hello@preciouspompis.com for further assistance. 

Return Policy

Precious Pompis return policy is valid within 7 days of delivery date. You must contact us at hello@preciouspompis.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your merchandise. To be eligible for a return your item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition they were received. We do not accept returns from smoking homes or items that have been washed. When shipping items, customers are responsible for return shipping and must include the order number or proof of purchase inside your package. Refunds will not be issued until the items are received and inspected. If accepted, we will refund the full cost of the items aside from the 20% restocking fee to your original payment method within 24-48 hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for refund to appear in your bank/paypal/sezzle. If there is no refund after 24-48 hours, please contact your bank/paypal/sezzle for further assistance. We are only able to refund the card/account used to make your purchase or can offer store credit. If your item is not accepted, then the shipping charges to return items to the customer are the customers responsibility. 

Shipping Policy

Precious Pompis offers USPS first class, USPS priority mail, and UPS ground shipping for all US addresses and overseas military addresses. For International shipping we offer USPS International first class package shipping. International customers may be charged duty/taxes/customs fees, this is the responsibility of the customer. We do our best to pack and ship orders within 48 hours after the order is placed. During our busier times we may ask to allow up to 3-5 business days for your items to ship. 

 

Address Changes

We accept address changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Fill out our address change form (pdf link) and email it to hello@preciouspompis.com. Be sure to add your new address to your customer account. You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days of the completed and confirmed address change.

 

Returned to sender packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an address error, we are not obligated to reship the package. Customers will be responsible for the extra shipping costs to reship the items if the package arrives back to us. 

 

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Once we ship your items, we are no longer responsible for your items, but we will always help you locate them. Route shipping insurance is the only coverage we offer if a package goes missing, is damaged, or is lost. If Route is de-selected from checkout, we can not ensure you will receive any compensation from USPS. Please call your local post office and ask about your package. Be sure to have your tracking number ready as well as the tracking information that can be found on USPS.com. Most packages are found with only a slight delay in delivery. We cannot guarantee a refund for lost or stolen packages.

Warranty

Precious Pompis products have a 6 month limited warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as damaged PUL, stitching, seams, elastics as well as product components such as snaps, and fabric. Our warranty does NOT cover: leaks, odor issues, repelling, staining, fading, elastic issues past 1 month of purchase, fit issues, excessive wear and tear, or any other issues. If any product(s) you received are defective please contact us at hello@preciouspompis.com with your order number and proof of the defect(s). We will send you a return label via email address. If your item is not defective/covered by warranty then the shipping charges to return items to the customer are the customers responsibility. Refunds will not be issued until the items are received and inspected.
