Our Precious Pompis Original Designs are exclusive designs hand drawn by Julie or are custom designs purchased from and created by professional Hispanic/Latinx graphic designers.
Will you rerun previous designs?
Yes, if there are enough requests or interest in a specific design we can always rerun them!
Why am I required to make a customer account?
Our customers are required to make an account to earn and track points for our loyalty/rewards program.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes, we offer 3 methods of receiving discount codes! By shopping, by referrals, and by returning our business cards. Members of the #PompisFam earn 5 points for every $1 spent. Members can also refer a friend to earn $5 towards their next purchase and $5 off their friend's first purchase. Lastly, business cards in good reusable condition can be shipped back in sets of 10 and customers will receive $5 off. Click the Precious Points banner at the bottom right hand corner of the screen to join the #PompisFam and access your Precious Points.
We can not cancel an order to add or change a discount or promo code after an order is placed.
Can I change an order after it's been placed?
Orders may be canceled but are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are the fees paid to process your order payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using USPS International first class package shipping. International customers may be charged duty/taxes/customs fees, this is the responsibility of the customer.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We offer USPS first class, USPS priority mail, and UPS ground shipping for all US addresses and overseas military addresses. For International shipping we offer USPS International first class package shipping. International customers may be charged duty/taxes/customs fees, this is the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are located. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Domestic deliveries can take 5-7 business days to arrive and international deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days. Delivery details are provided in your confirmation email.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, Precious Pompis products have a 6 month limited warranty! Read our full warranty.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery date. You must contact us at hello@preciouspompis.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning your merchandise. Read our full return policy.
How do I care for my diapers?
Knock solids into toilet.
Store in dry pail.
Prewash cold. Main wash hot.
No bleach. No fabric softener.
Tumble dry low or line dry.
Do not iron.
There are many different cloth diaper wash routine options. It can vary based on water hardness, machines, etc. We recommend that you wash diapers twice with detergent to get the best clean. Read our full recommended wash routine.
